Before you ask.

How early do we need to engage you?

For a full event, 4–6 months out is comfortable. Identity-only work can ship in 8–12 weeks.

Can you handle print production?

We design for print and can manage vendor relationships and proofs. Final print runs are typically billed at cost.

Do you work with our AV / stage team directly?

Yes — we ship stage graphics in formats your AV team uses (Resolume, ProPresenter, MP4 loops, etc.) and coordinate on dimensions early.

What about post-event recap assets?

Highlight reels, social recaps, sponsor wrap-ups, and a thank-you toolkit are all part of the Full Event scope.
